Orders must be received by 12pm EST for same day delivery in Hobart metro area and also for next day deliveries to elsewhere in Tasmania. If you would like to send a hamper interstate please e-mail details and we will get back to you with delivery prices and details.

Christmas Deliveries
Early ordering is strongly recommended to ensure pre-Christmas delivery as Christmas is a very busy period. Please allow extra delivery time during peak Christmas times.

Safe and tracked delivery!
All deliveries are fully tracked from the moment they leave our warehouse and are signed for by the recipient ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery.

Every hamper is placed in a shipping box ensuring your clients receive their gift in perfect condition.
* Deliveries are made during business days Monday to Friday. Please note orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business working day.

Deliveries to Businesses
Deliveries to businesses are recommended to help generate referrals for your company and ensure someone is present to sign for the delivery. When ordering your hampers for delivery to a business please ensure the business name is correctly entered with your order.

PO boxes
Sorry we don’t deliver to PO boxes.

Deliveries to Hospitals & Hotels
Yumee Bear Hampers make every effort to deliver your hamper the next business day to Hospitals and Hotels. Please ensure your recipient has enough time before checking out to receive their hamper in allowing for hampers to pass through possible security checks/mail room registers at these locations. Please note Yumee Bear Hampers accepts no responsibility once the parcel has been signed for by these premises in ensuring they pass these hampers onto the recipient nor has any control over the timeframe for these businesses to pass the hamper onto the recipient. Delivery to a work or home address is always recommended.

Whilst every effort is made by our couriers to deliver your hamper quickly, in the rare event of a courier delay Yumee Bear Hampers cannot accept responsibility for delivery outside of this timeframe.

• Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly. Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order. If Yumee Bear Hampers is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details, that charge will be passed onto you.
• We make every effort to have stock available of all items, however in certain circumstances an item may not be available. If we are unable to supply an item, we will replace the product with a close alternative of equal or greater value.
• For photographic purposes some products have been featured with additional props. Unless an item is listed it is not included in the hamper.
• It is your responsibility to inform  Yumee Bear Hampers immediately if an order has not arrived. We use the latest technology in delivery tracking and can locate the order.
• Yumee Bear Hampers makes its best endeavours to deliver an order by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
• Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full by Yumee Bear Hampers.
• No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays
• We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.
• All advertised prices for hampers and freight are GST inclusive. In making a purchase from Yumee Bear Hampers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement, These terms and conditions may be changed or amended at any time by Yumee Bear Hampers without notice
  
• You are solely responsible for the theft, loss or damage of the goods once they are in your possession and / or the gift has been left at the delivery address.
• If your order is urgent or you are unsure as to when your hamper will be delivered, please make sure you contact us via email or phone so that we can make sure your order is made a top priority.
  

Please Note: Due to the high volume of orders, the exact time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Deliveries to commercial addresses will be made during business hours. Deliveries to residential addresses MAY be made outside business hours, as this is generally the most convenient time for the recipient.
